Applicants who accepted a waitlisted status for a Degree Program with Available Slots will be able to log in this portal from 29 to 30 May 2026 to choose from the courses with available slots.

Results will be released from 01 to 03 June 2026. If you are offered a slot, please make sure to reply to the offer in the portal immediately by the deadline stated in the email regarding your DPWAS results. Failure to confirm will result in the forfeiture of your slot.

If your application to any of your campus and degree program choices was not successful, you may appeal for admission to a degree program of any UP campus (except Diliman) provided that you meet the general appeals requirements and the degree program you want still has available slots.

The portal will open for a batch of general appeals from 10 to 11 June 2026.

Results for this batch will be released on 15 June 2026. If you are offered a slot, please make sure to reply to the offer in the portal on or before 16 June 2026 at 11:59 PM. Failure to confirm will result in the forfeiture of your slot.

Another round of appeals may be done from 19 June to 20 June 2026 if additional slots become available. Results for this will be released on 22 June 2026. If you are offered a slot, please make sure to reply to the offer in the portal on or before 23 June 2026 at 11:59 PM. Failure to confirm will result in the forfeiture of your slot.

The application period for the Iskolar ng Bayan (INB) Program will open on 10 to 11 June 2026. Applicants who are in the top 10 of the graduating batch of a public Senior High School and who have not yet been offered a degree program may apply to a UP unit in the same region as their Senior High School or to UP Open University.

A certification from the school, signed by the Principal or School Head, indicating that the applicant is part of the Top 10 of the graduating batch must be uploaded to the portal during the application.

Results for the INB program application will be released on 17 June 2026. If you are offered a slot, please make sure to reply to the offer in the portal on or before 18 June 2026 at 11:59 PM. In some cases, the INB results may also be released at a later date.

Please note that if you apply for the INB program, you will no longer be able to participate in the first batch of general appeals. Additionally, should the results of your INB application only become available during or after the last round of general appeals, you will no longer have the opportunity to submit an appeal through the DIWA portal.

Applicants are strongly advised to ensure that they meet all eligibility requirements for the INB program before submitting an application. Once an INB application has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and the applicant will no longer be eligible to participate in the first batch of the general appeals. On the other hand, applicants who have already submitted an appeal through the general appeals process but who wish to apply through the INB program instead may withdraw their appeal via the DIWA portal.
